Effective from 13 July 2021, anyone within or visiting common areas of Strata, Community and Company Title developments in Greater Sydney, must wear a face mask at all times. Let’s help NSW stay COVID safe.
Examples of common property include:
- Hallways
- Foyers
- Reception areas
- Mailbox areas
- Stairwells
- Shared facilities such as gyms and swimming pools
Masks must be worn by anyone entering, including:
- residents and visitors
- building managers, concierge staff and cleaners
- people providing goods and services, including tradespeople and contractors
- people delivering food, mail and parcels
This requirement was implemented by the NSW Government in response to the growing Covid-19 Delta outbreak in Greater Sydney.
