Assistant Property Manager – Part Time

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to work on a permanent part time 4 -5 days a week from our Double Bay office. This position will play a vital role in ensuring that our properties maintain the highest standards for our clients. This role will require a combination of office-based tasks and on-the-road inspections, offering a diverse work environment.

The Role:

  • Assisting the Property Manager as required
  • Assist with leasing open for inspections
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance
  • Meet and greet customers
  • Manage keys for trades people for collection
  • Conducting thorough ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
  • Attend training sessions
  • Adhoc administration
  • E-Mails via Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience with Property Tree, IRE, Inspection Manager a plus

About you:

  • Have a Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agent or Class 2 Licence or be willing to obtain
  • You’ll have an eye for detail and be process driven
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Genuine passion for Real Estate that you’ll demonstrate to our clients
  • Embrace technology
  • You’ll be a motivated, can do team player
  • Full Drivers License and Own car
  • WFH options – All systems are cloud based
  • 16–20 hours per week, suit during school hours
  • Must be available to work occasional Saturdays
